Accreditation
Just like the UK, it’s very important to choose an Estate Agent who is a member of a professional association and who has their accreditation. Maisons à la Carte are members of the Syndicat National des Professionnels Immobilier, SNPI. This means you have the assurance of one of the largest professional bodies in France behind the purchase process.
Our Area
The area we cover includes/ the Black Mountains to the North of Carcassonne, towards Lagrasse in the East, West to Mirepoix and South towards Quillan and Axat. We are not bound by this and sometimes we will have properties from further afield. The two principal cities of the region are Carcassonne and Narbonne, both with their respective histories, classified sites, facilities and tourist attractions.
The Maisons à la Carte office is in Limoux in the Aude, a department of the Languedoc Roussillon. You are welcome to come and visit us, to look at the properties on our books and we are conveniently located right in the centre of the town.
A modern approach
It’s easy to get in touch with us either by phone, fax or email. We are constantly exchanging documents with clients in the UK and with French lawyers so we are used to sending and receiving information electronically using the Internet. This means we can do much of the legwork for you without your having to make additional, unnecessary journeys. We can work on your behalf, in France.
