9kms from St Paul de Fenouillet and the gorges de Calamus a village house with 4 bedrooms.
A large kitchen, dining room with an old fireplace and separate lounge. This is a solid village house and the roof is sound. It does however need modernizing and redecorating. In my view it needs a new kitchen and bathroom.
Having received the relevant permission from the Mairie the current owners are in the process of opening up the lounge to access the garden directly from the house. The views from the house are spectacular.
The village is small but two bread vans pass daily. There is an épicerie in the next village 5kms away which sells everything.
The nearest town with all facilities is St Paul de Fenouillet a 20 minute drive. The city of Perpignan and its airport is a 40 minute drive.
