We have an inside track to some of the more attractive properties overseas buyers might not otherwise see and can react quickly to houses coming on the market.

Finding your feet

Once you have decided that this is the area for you, we can provide a programme which is tailored to your needs.

You can be collected from the airport, taken to your pre-booked hotel or chambre d'hote, given a tour of local areas that might interest you, and visit properties which have been found to suit your specific requirements.

This short introduction will give you an insight into the area and an awareness of potential purchasing, saving you time and trouble.

Choosing your property

Once you have decided on a short-list of property types and perhaps even one or two villages or towns, we will work with you to select properties to view, over one or two days.

At this time, we will be explaining how buying your home in France happens. We can go over the main documents which will be in French and English.

Moving in

After you take posession of your new home, we are still there with you, on the spot to help with getting services connected and advising on restorations. We have just finished renovating our house and have a great deal of experience.

We will also introduce you to the, all important, Mayor of your new town and village!

After sales service
We can provide a package of services tailored to your needs and budget:
