Beautiful Old Stone House and Barn

On the edge of one of the Razes villages a lovely old stone house and barn with about one hectare of land and lovely open views of the surrounding countryside. The mature garden has a lovely fig tree of a type seldom found here with the most delicious figs I have tasted in a long while. The house has a typical 'maison de maitre' layout, with a wide central hallway and normally two rooms to the right and two to the left. This house has the lounge on the left front with a lovely jötul wood burning stove and a 'buanderie' with a toilet at the rear. Access to the terrace and swimming pool are from this room. On the right the two rooms have been made into one to give a large kitchen at one end, dining room and snug at the other where there is a second wood burning stove.
